At Tamara Malas, we want you to feel confident and celebrated in every piece. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
